EQUIPMENT INFORMATION Regarding Pick-Up & Drop-Off

EQUIPMENT PICK-UP Dates & Times are as follows: CLOSED FOR SEASON
TBA – U9 Division
TBA – U11 Division
TBA – U13 Division
TBA – U15 & U17 Division
TBA - U20 & U23 Division
If you’re a "NO SHOW" during any of these scheduled times, there will be an additional fee of $20 cash payable on pick-up for Equipment Manager to make alternate arrangements.

-Deposit required for ‘Goalie Equipment’: $400
If you want to make arrangements for your Goalie to pick up gear please make sure they know team Division & number as well as coaches name when they come to pick up the equipment. If Coaches choose this option they will need to provide Equipment Manager with the deposit cheque prior to Goalie or Goalies Parents picking up the gear. Coaches are to notify Equipment Manager if they choose this option for Goalie Gear Pickup at firstname.lastname@example.org
-Jersey and Coaches Bags: $240.
Deposit cheques are to be provided when equipment is being picked up.
Please ensure deposit cheques are post-dated to "July 1, 2023" and made payable to "Ridge Meadows Minor Ball Hockey Association" or RMMBHA.
*If coaches do not have personal cheques please see if your Assistant Coaches or your Team Managers can provide one. You can also contact your bank as they can provide you with temporary cheques of up to 5, in most cases.
NO exceptions this year; No cheque means NO equipment!!!
EQUIPMENT DROP OFF:
Prior to equipment drop off, please take the following steps;
Confirm you have all the gear for return.
- Coaches Bag:
- Goalie Gear - Dry & Aired Out
- Glove & Blocker
- Jerseys – clean, dry, on hangers & sorted
