RMMBHA REFUND POLICY
All player cancellations and requests for refunds MUST be requested in writing to the Registrar via e-mail at: Regrmmbha@outlook.com
Current Season Registrations:
- All requests for a refund must be e-mailed to our Registrar at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Any request for a refund for a current season's registration, prior to 11:59pm, March 15th, will be subject to a $25 administration fee being withheld.
- Any request for a refund for a current registration after 12:00am March 15th will be subject to a 50% refund.
- No Refunds on/after April 1st of the current season, unless due to injury – then 100% refund with letter/e-mail from the parent and a valid doctors note to confirm.
