• RMMBHA Board Members meet to begin organizing for the upcoming season.
• Registration numbers & Coaching applications are reviewed
• Final Registration is opened on the website
• RMMBHA calendar organized

February & March:         

• RMMBHA Board Members meet again to touch base and continue organizing for the upcoming season.
• New player evaluations
• Number of teams for each division assigned
• Coaches are determined – Coaching clinic held
• Referees are determined – Referee clinic held
• CRCs are submitted

March:

• RMMBHA Board Members meet again to touch base and continue organizing for the upcoming season.
• Coaches’ meeting takes place
• Referees’ meeting takes place
• Player draft takes place
• Game schedule set up for each division
• Players contacted by their coaches
• 1st set of team practices start

April:

• RMMBHA Board Members meet to touch base regarding the current season and upcoming events.
• Season opens
• Team photos
• Open House held at Renegades
• WCC Coaches are selected

May:

• RMMBHA Board Members meet to touch base regarding the current season and upcoming events.
• WCC Tryout registration and evaluations take place
• RMMBHA Pub Night – league fundraising event – open to all members, family & friends

June:

• RMMBHA Board Members meet to start planning for the season finals and the start of the next season.
• Registration opens for the next season
• Playoffs begin
• Provincials take place
• AGM – open to all members in good standing

July:

• Final RMMBHA Board Meeting held to close out the season
• WCC takes place
• Junior Nationals takes place

August and September Season Break

October:

• RMMBHA Board Members meet to begin organizing for the upcoming season.
• Welcoming of new members to the board

November:

• RMMBHA Board Members meet to begin organizing for the upcoming season.

December:

• RMMBHA Board Members meet to begin organizing for the upcoming season.
