PAYMENT METHODS
There are three methods of payment accepted for registration;
- Credit card (at time of registration only)
- E-transfer to: ballhockeytreasurer@gmail.com ( Please put your childs name and division in the message of the e-transfer)
- Please email your e-transfer password to the above email.

Registration fees MUST be paid no later than FEBRUARY 15th of the year your child is registered to play.

PLAYER CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
All player cancellations and requests for refunds MUST be requested in writing to the Registrar via e-mail at: Regrmmbha@outlook.com
Current Season Registrations:
- Requests for refund must be e-mailed to the Registrar at regrmmbha@outlook.com
- Any request for a refund for a current season's registration, prior to 11:59pm, March 14th, will be subject to a $25 administration fee being withheld.
- Any request for a refund for a current registration after 12:00am March 15th will be subject to a 50% refund.
- No Refunds on/after April 1st of the current season, unless due to injury – then 100% refund with letter/e-mail from the parent and a valid doctors note to confirm.
